What are Personal Broadcasts?
Personal Broadcasts are trackable email messages (with or without video or downloadable documents) that you send on an intimate one-to-one basis. This intimacy comes from detailed tracking of who‘s receiving, opening, viewing, downloading, and forwarding your broadcast so you get unprecedented insight into how to follow up. Best of all, it’s so easy to use that in less than five minutes you can start broadcasting and tracking who’s pying attention (and who’s not).

What is your service?
Our service is a personal broadcasting service designed to provide a simple yet fully-featured environment to broadcast your unique message, video, and documents to interested viewers. Just sign up and you’ll be broadcasting your message in minutes. There’s no installation or configuration required. Our service is continuously upgraded at no charge to you.

How do you charge for services?
We charge based on your number of broadcasts per month. We offer different service levels so you can find a plan that’s right for you. If you go over your plan’s permitted broadcasts in a month, you’ll have the option to upgrade to the next service plan or just pay $0.99 per broadcast over your plan’s monthly limit. Each broadcast to a recipient is counted since we will be providing delivery and tracking services regardless of whether the recipient chooses to pay attention to your broadcast.

We accept all major credit cards as payment (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover). Your credit card will be billed monthly for the rate of the service plan you select.

How do I upload my contacts?
Our tools allow you to upload your addresses from Outlook®. Gmail™, Hotmail®. Yahoo!®, AOL®, Lotus Notes®, or CSV (comma separated values) file.

What kind of email message can I include in my broadcast?

What kind of video files can I include in my broadcast?
Any common type of video file can be included with your broadcast.

top

What kind of attachments can I include in my broadcast?
You can attach almost any kind of document such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF.

Can I schedule my broadcast?
Yes. You can choose the date and time for your broadcast as long as it is scheduled within the next 365 days.

Can recipients view my broadcast more than once?
Yes. Recipients, or anyone to whom your broadcast is forwarded, can view your broadcast until your total viewing limit is exceeded. Your total viewing limit is equal to 5 times the number of broadcasts that you send. For example, if you sent a broadcast to 10 people, your total viewing limit for that broadcast is equal to 50 views by both original and forwarded recipients.

How do I know who receives, opens, views, downloads, or forwards my broadcast?
You'll receive a daily email alert that lets you see who is paying attention (and who’s not). This information is summarized for you in charts and graphs, plus you will get a detailed line listing of what each recipient does.

top

What happens if my broadcast doesn’t get to a recipient?
You’ll find out by looking at your reports – delivery information is included in the detailed line listing report, so you’ll know what messages were undeliverable. This may occur if a recipient’s mailbox is full, a recipient is out of the office (e.g., vacation, traveling), a recipient has “blacklisted” broadcasts from you, or if the email address is simply bad. Make sure you update your address book to remove or update any bad email addresses. Remember: You will still be charged since we will continuously try to broadcast your message and track the results.

Are recipients able to unsubscribe from my broadcasts?
Yes. All subscribers must agree to our Terms of Use that specify you have permission to broadcast to your recipients. Every broadcast will also contain a mandatory “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of the message. If a recipient chooses to unsubscribe, we will not send any other broadcasts from your account to that recipient.

top

Can I change the name in the “From” line in my broadcast?
No. In order to insure that recipients know who is broadcasting, the “From” line on all broadcasts must reflect your account name and email address.

How do you keep my information secure?
We utilize a highly secure, 128-bit encryption system housed in a secure data facility protected by a firewall to prevent unauthorized access to the data. We never share, give, exchange, sell, rent out, use or copy your information in any form.
